Enrollment

• Month to Month: Eagles doesn't have sessions. All classes are month to month per calendar months.
• Trial Class: We are happy for you to try a class before signing up. Just sign up for a trial class through the customer portal. Classes must have a space to enroll or do a trial, if not you'll need to get on the waitlist.
• Pro-Rate: We do prorate for your first month if you start late in the month. After that we don't pro-rate or credit any months.
• Make-Ups For Absences: At most sports if you miss practice you just miss. However at Eagles we do offer a courtesy make-up token if we have space in another class. Those can be scheduled through the customer portal. If there aren't any available class spaces you can use your token for an open gym by calling our office. Make-up tokens are valid for 30 days after an absence and cannot be extended. You must be enrolled to utilize a make-up token.
• Holidays: We do not offer credits, pro-rating, or make-ups for ANY gym Holidays.
