  • Kim Fuchs

    Owner and Head Coach

    Kim started coaching gymnastics while still in high school, as a way to balance her sport with some teenage income. In 1983 she built the gym next door to our current facility and out grew it so fast she built our current gym in 1986.  Coaching numerous State, Regional, and National Champions including current National Team member and Junior Olympic National Champion Sarah DeMeo, as well as many scholarship athletes,  EAGLES has been the most successful gymnastics program in Kansas City.  Kim was the USA Gymnastics State Chairman for MISSOURI for 6 years and also served on the Regional Board of USA Gymnastics.  She has been part of the USA Gymnastics National Staff for the past 2 years.  She was named Junior Olympic Coach of the Year for MO in 2009 & 2010.  She was also  awarded the very prestigious Region IV Contributor of the Year in 2010!  Kim is married to a wonderful husband Kristian laCour-Madsen, and enjoys her three yorkie kids!

  • Courtney Fuchs

    Business Manager

    Courtney is Kim's sister and was born and raised in KC.  She went to KU for her college degree majoring in French.  After a year off, she went to UMKC law school graduating in 1986. In anticipation of starting a family, she left law practice to be Eagles' Office Manager in 1990.  She had her one daughter, Emmy in 1992.  She left Eagles for awhile to stay home with her daughter.  In 2001, she opened an all eco-boutique in the Waldo area called It's Only Natural.  Then in 2009, she returned to Eagles, first as the office manager and now as its Business Manager.

  • Kami Claridge

    Competitive Team Director

    Kami moved to the Kansas City area in 2004 after growing up in Columbia, MO.  She was a gymnast at the Columbia Gymnastics Center where she competed until she was Level 9.  Kami had been coaching at St. Louis Gym Center in St. Louis until her move to KC.  She has been coaching for 13 years.  Kami is married to Jake and has a son Kennedy and a daughter Makenna.

  • Vickie Drehle

    Financial Director

    Vickie has been with Eagles for over 20 years and has been a great asset to our business.  She started at Eagles when her daughter was doing gymnastics and came to Eagles to train with our outstanding coaches! Vickie loves crunching numbers as she handles all the accounts, enrollment, billing etc on top of helping customers with her friendly smile!

  • Erika Thomas

    Recreational Team Director

    Erika is a former Eagles gymnast who went on to compete for Southeast Missouri State University. While at SEMO, Erika also played softball for the Redhawks, studied abroad in Europe, and ran a competitive gymnastics program. After graduating with a degree in Advertising and graphic design, she went to Florida and worked for a political advertising firm. Erika has now moved back to Kansas City to be closer to family and friends and is happy to be back at Eagles.

  • Haley Strobel

    Mighty Munchkin Director

    Haley comes to Eagles with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and a Background in Marketing. She has worked at Eagles before as a Coach in the gym. Her most recent position was as an Event Coordinator for an International Skin Care Company. Haley is helping with Staff Subbing and promotions for the Gym. Her hobbies include Baking Cupcakes (they are delicious!) and Planning events!!

  • Brina Migliazza

    Recreation Director

    As a former gymnast, Brina comes from Phoenix, Arizona where she was a member of Arizona Sunrays Gymnastics club. There, she competed as a level 9 gymnast and was the state champion in 2004 as well as a 2004 regional team member. She was also chosen to be a part of the six member crew to compete in the Pan-American Maccabi Games, which took place in Santiago, Chile. There, she earned a gold medal with her teammates and was the individual 4th place finisher. Brina graduated from the University of Arizona in 2009 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. During her time there, she was the Gymnastics Team Manager from 2005-2009, and the Meet Director from 2009-2011. Brina has 10 years experience coaching a variety of ages, from toddlers up to the collegiate level.
